Ingredients:
Whey protein isolate, acidity regulator: citric acid; aroma, anti-foaming agent: polydimethylsiloxane, silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; beetroot juice (only in forest berry flavour); colour: beta-carotene (only in mango coconut and lemon lime flavours).
Allergens: May contain traces of eggs, gluten, soybeans, fish, nuts, peanuts and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Mix a portion (1 measuring spoon – 25 g.) of powder with 200 – 300 ml. of water or other favorite beverage and consume half an hour before training, immediately after training, or during the day between meals. Daily intake 1–3 portions.

On non-sports days, drink only one serving between meals. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
