GPLC (Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine)	500 mg
Ingredients:
glycine propionyl-l-carnitine, viscosity-regulating agent: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, water, colorant: titanium dioxide), viscosity-regulating agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Recommended dosage: Take one serving (1 capsule) with food. On training days, drink with a meal after which you go to exercise. The daily rate is 1 serving (1 capsule).

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
