Ingredients:
Coleus forskohlii, green coffee bean extract, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), dried guarana extract, white willow bark extract, anhydrous caffeine, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; citrus aurantium extract, Bioperine® (black pepper extract).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 2 capsules daily approximately 30-60 minutes before exercise. Drink plenty of water.
