Ingredients used in BigMan Nutrition BCAA + Glutamine:

L-Leucine – often called the most anabolic amino acid. It is the main element of every BCAA. Here you will find L-Leucine in a 2:1:1 ratio with L-Valine and L-Isoleucine. Therefore, BCAAs with a high content of L-Leucine are an excellent choice to stimulate muscle protein synthesis (MPS). This process is essential for proper muscle growth, maintenance and regeneration.
L-Isoleucine – the second BCAA component has relatively similar properties to its predecessor. L-Isoleucine, like L-Leucine, has a very good effect on muscle protein synthesis.
