Ingredients:

Usage: The basic daily dose is 10 g. (1½ measuring spoons). Take ¾ measuring spoon (5 g.) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and ¾ measuring spoon (5 g.) after training. Mix ¾ measuring spoon with 250-300 ml. of water.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. It should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
