Usage: Mix a portion of 100 g (4 measuring cups) with 200 ml of water or milk, preferably twice a day, between meals and/or after exercise. Keep well closed, in a dry place, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.
