Usage: mix 4 scoops of product powder with 400 ml of skim milk, water or other favorite drink. Boil ½ portion for 45-75 minutes. Before training and ½ portion immediately after training. On days off, drink a serving between meals.

Optipep™ - broken down whey protein concentrate (WPH). Contains di and tri peptides from 85% pure whey protein. Due to the hydrolyzation process, proteins no longer need to be "broken down" into free amino acids, which shortens the time the product remains in the intestine. 100 g of WPH contains about 20 g of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). Scientific studies have shown that Optipep™ ensures the fastest absorption and release of insulin, which allows for faster transport of active substances. Because of their structure, high molecular weight carbohydrates release glucose from the side chains within minutes of consumption, and this effect is prolonged by releasing glucose from the main chains. Vitargo® has a low osmotic pressure, so drinks made from it are hypotonic and well hydrate body cells. Vitargo® does not remain in the stomach, it reaches the further stages of the digestive tract within 10 minutes, thus preventing the feeling of fullness and allowing you to train even immediately after consumption.

PeptoPro® - hydrolyzed milk protein isolate (MPH). One of the most progressive proteins on the market, high quality, quickly absorbed and characterized by the typical aminogram of casein. PeptoPro® is a proprietary enzyme formula, so it does not have the sour taste typical of hydrolyzed products. It allows manufacturers to make good tasting protein supplements. In addition, thanks to the enzymatic hydrolyzation technology, the final product contains a lot of di- and tri-peptides, it is free of lactose and fat, and it is perfectly soluble even in cold water.
