Usage: For people weighing up to 80 kg, take 1 scoop (5 g) daily 30 minutes before training, for people weighing 80 kg to 100 kg - 2 scoops (10 g) daily 30 minutes before training, for people weighing more than 100 kg, take 2 scoops (10 g) daily 30 minutes before training and 1 scoop (5 g) 2 hours later. Drink plenty of water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
