Usage: For people weighing up to 80 kg., take 5 tablets per day 30 minutes before training, for those weighing from 80 kg. to 100 kg. – 10 tablets per day 30 minutes before training, and for those weighing over 100 kg. – take 10 tablets 30 minutes before training and 5 tablets after training. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
