Ingredients (portion - 40 g - 1 scoop of powder): dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, palatinose, Amix™ Phosphomatrix 1000 mg (calcium orthophosphoric acid salts, potassium orthophosphoric acid salts, sodium orthophosphoric acid salts), acidity regulator citric acid, magnesium citrate (48 mg magnesium 13% RMV), flavorings, colors (fruit punch flavor - beetroot extract, orange flavor - curcumin and beetroot extract), sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, viscosity-regulating agent silicon dioxide. Nutritional/energy value (40 g): 152 kcal/636 kJ, fat 0 g, carbohydrates 37.6 g, of which sugar 25.6 g, calcium 92 mg 11.5% RMV, potassium 56 mg, phosphorus 204 mg 29% RMV, sodium 64 m . RMV - reference nutritional value.

Usage: dissolve 1 scoop (40 g) of the powder in 500 ml of water for an isotonic drink, and 750 ml of water for a hypotonic drink. Drink during training.
