Usage: Mix a portion of powder (1 scoop 11 g) with 350 ml of water and drink before training.

It also contains German-developed Creapure Creatine Monohydrate – the most well-known creatine monohydrate in the sports industry, which is absorbed much faster due to the micronization process – the particles are crushed to the maximum level. This makes the creatine more fluid and thus it enters the body faster.
