Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take 1 capsule a day with food.

Acerola - Also known as Barbados, West Indian or Puerto Rican cherry. Acerola fruits can contain vitamin C from 1300 to 1700 mg/100 g.

The body cannot make or store vitamin C for long, as it is a water-soluble vitamin, so it must be obtained regularly through food or supplements.
