Vitamin B3 (Niacin) - is one of the eight vitamins in the B complex. Niacin is widely used in the body - it helps digestion, the skin and the nervous system. Adequate levels of niacin or vitamin B3 in the body are important for overall health.

Ingredients : Nicotinamide, capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, rice flour, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

1 capsule contains (RMV*, %): 500 mg (3125%) niacin.

Usage: It is recommended to take 1 capsule once a day, with a meal.

Warnings. Overdose of niacin (vitamin B3) may cause side effects. Possible side effects: tingling or burning sensation in the face or chest, skin redness. If side effects occur when taking B vitamins, it is recommended to discontinue use of the dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children.
