Blade OMEGA 3-6-9 contains an essential fatty acid formula of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) and vitamin E. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal brain and heart function and better visual function. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. A positive effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA. The right ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 is one of the most important principles of a healthy diet.
That is why in Blade OMEGA 3-6-9 we use only high-quality cold-pressed oils: fish oil, linseed and sunflower oils.
