Ingredients:
Coleus forskohlii, green coffee bean extract, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), dried guarana extract, white willow bark extract, anhydrous caffeine, stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose Methocel®; adhesion-regulating substances: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; citrus aurantium extract, Bioperine® (black pepper extract).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take 2 capsules per day approximately 30-60 minutes before exercise. Drink plenty of water.
