Nutritional/energy value (portion - 2 scoops - 75 g): 280 kcal/1171 kJ, fat < 0.5 g, carbohydrates 69 g, (including barley starch (Vitargo®) 68 g, sugars < 0.5 g ), proteins < 0.5 g.

Ingredients: high molecular weight carbohydrates from barley starch (Vitargo®), acidity regulator citric acid, flavorings, dyes (orange flavor) Alura Red* and Sunset Yellow FCF* (* dyes can negatively affect the activity and attention of children), sweeteners Sucralose and Acesulfame K.

Preparing the Vitargo drink: because Vitargo consists of long-chain carbohydrates, the powder dissolves more slowly. Mix a portion (2 scoops - 75g) of Vitargo in 200 ml of water and beat for 1 - 2 minutes. Then add the rest of the recommended amount of water and shake again.

Use: as a sports drink, mix 1 portion with 800-1000 ml of water and drink during training. For recovery - whisk 1 portion with 600 ml of water or MILK and drink immediately after training.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
