Usage: The basic daily dose is 1 ampoule (60 ml). Take it approximately 30-45 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose!

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
