Active ingredients per serving:	(1 serving – 1 capsule)
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (125 mg. Na-R-ALA /R-Lipoic Acid Sodium/)	100 mg.
Ingredients:
Anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; R-lipoic acid sodium salt, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with meals. Drink plenty of water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
