Ingredients used in Amix Nutrition Glutamine Micro Powder Drink:

L-glutamine is an amino acid that makes up up to 60% of all amino acids in muscle. L-glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that is abundant in the body and plays an important role in various physiological processes. It is classified as a conditionally essential amino acid because, although the body can produce it, in certain circumstances the need for L-glutamine exceeds the body's ability to synthesize it in sufficient quantities. L-glutamine is found in protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, dairy products, and in certain plant sources such as beans and legumes. It is also available as a dietary supplement in the form of L-glutamine powder or capsules. In the body, L-glutamine performs several important functions. It is the main source of fuel for rapidly dividing cells such as immune cells and intestinal mucosal cells. It supports immune system function, helps maintain a healthy digestive tract, and plays an important role in protein synthesis and cell repair. During periods of intense physical activity, stress, or illness, the need for L-glutamine may increase, leading to a decrease in glutamine levels in the body. This is why L-glutamine supplements are often used by athletes, bodybuilders, and individuals with certain medical conditions.
