Ingredients:
CFM® WHEAT protein isolate, L-Glutamine, soluble L-Leucine, WHEAT protein hydrolysate, soluble L-Isoleucine, soluble L-Valine, cocoa powder (chocolate flavor only), L-Glycine, L-Citrulline malate, Beta Alanine (CarnoSyn®), calcium, potassium and sodium salts of orthophosphoric acid, emulsifier SOY lecithin, flavors, ascorbic acid, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame, coloring curcumin (in vanilla-yogurt and lemon-lime flavors - curcumin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Contains MILK and SOY products.

Usage: mix 1 measuring scoop of the product (25 g) with 200-300 ml of water and drink immediately after training.
