Recommended dose: The recommended dose is 6 tablets. Take 3 tablets before training and 3 tablets after training. Rinse with plenty of water.

Amix™ Essential Amino HD+

An essential amino acid food supplement ideal for intense training periods, whether you're building muscle or dieting to lose weight. This product is composed of free form essential amino acids. It can provide the body with a unique complex of essential (irreplaceable) amino acids. They are special in that the body cannot produce them on its own from its own resources, so it must be obtained with protein food (which should have a complete amino acid profile) or with quality food supplements.

The EAA complex consists of nine amino acids, of which three are the most studied and widely used by athletes: leucine, isoleucine and valine (BCAA). It also contains other very important essential amino acids: Histidine, Methionine, Threonine, Lysine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan.

It is known that only the consumption of essential amino acids affects protein synthesis, while replacement amino acids (those that the body can make from other amino acids) are not necessary for muscle protein synthesis. Leucine has been found to play a major role in protein synthesis from the entire nine EAA complex. However, taking leucine alone is nowhere near as effective as taking it in combination with EAAs. It has even been found that the consumption of leucine alone reduces the concentration of EAA in the blood.

Two doses of 6 g of EAA post-exercise were found to produce twice the effect on protein synthesis than two doses of mixed amino acids (50% EAA combined with 50% nEAA). After consuming 6 g of essential amino acids with or without carbohydrates, protein synthesis is greatly accelerated. The threshold is not exactly a clear limit, after reaching which protein synthesis no longer increases. The only thing that is clear is that there is such a limit. This was proven by a study in which 20 and 40g EAA were used after exercise and the effect on protein synthesis was similar.
