Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, gluten, fish, nuts, peanuts and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: The basic daily dose is 12 g. (2 measuring spoons). Take 1 measuring spoon (6 g.) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 1 measuring spoon (6 g.) after training. Mix 1 measuring spoon with 250-300 ml. water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.

L -Leucine – often called the most anabolic amino acid. It is the main element of every BCAA. Here you will find L-Leucine in a 2:1:1 ratio with L-Valine and L-Isoleucine.
