Ingredients (portion - 13 g - 1 scoop): L-leucine 3500 mg, L-glutamine 2500 mg, L-isoleucine 1750 mg, L-valine 1750 mg, electrolyte complex 117/ mg (sodium citrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride), which contains 230 mg of sodium and 170 mg of potassium; 1000 mg citrulline malate, acidity regulator citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, dyes alura red AC* and brilliant blue, pyridoxine hydrochloride (0.64 mg vitamin B6 46% RMV**). *The dye can negatively affect children's attention and activity. **RMV - reference nutritional value. Contains SOY.

Usage: mix 1 scoop of powder with 480 ml of water. Drink before/during/after training.
