Usage: A critical anabolic "window of opportunity" occurs after exercise. To take advantage of this nutritional period, drink 1-2 packets within 15-30 minutes immediately after exercise. It is even better if you drink 2 packs on training days - the first before training, right before physical activity, and the second after training. If you also consume protein shakes after training, it is recommended to consume Animal Nitro first, and drink the protein shake 30-45 minutes later. When possible, take the product on an empty stomach with 250-350 ml of grape or other juice.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
