Ingredients:
Acetyl-L-carnitine, taurine, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine HCl (vit. B6).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1-2 capsules 30-45 minutes before exercise. On non-training days, take 1-2 capsules before breakfast.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
