Ingredients:
Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, trimethylglycine, acidity regulator (malic acid), choline bitartrate, sweeteners: E-950, E-951, caffeine, flavors, amaranth extract, sodium chloride, anti-caking agents: E-341, E-551, arctic root extract, Chinese lemongrass extract, colorant: E-162 in watermelon and apple flavors, E-101 in pineapple flavor, nicotinamide, black pepper extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride. Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Usage: It is recommended to start with 5 g. Portion – 5 g. mixed with 150 ml. water and drink 20-30 min. before physical activity, on an empty stomach. If the effect is weak and well tolerated, 10 g. with 300 ml can be used. The maximum recommended dose is 10 g.

Keep tightly closed, in a dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed recommended dose. Contains caffeine. Do not take less than 6 hours before bedtime as insomnia may occur. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (150 mg. /5 g.).
