Ingredients:
Organic caffeine PurCaf®, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1 capsule approximately 30-45 minutes before exercise. Drink plenty of water.
