Usage: A portion is 6 tablets. For people weighing up to 90 kg, take 6 tablets per day, for others weighing more than 90 kg - 6-12 tablets per day, preferably before bedtime. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily rates.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
