Ingredients:
Choline L(+) bitartrate VitaCholine®, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), filler: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Usage: Take 1 capsule per day during meals, with plenty of water.
