Ingredients:
ZMA® (zinc in the form of L-monomethionine sulfate and L-aspartate; magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride); vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 3 capsules per day for men and 2 capsules per day for women, preferably on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy products or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. It should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
