Usage : Mix a portion (1 measuring scoop – 25 g) of powder with 200 – 300 ml of water or other favorite beverage and consume a portion half an hour before training, immediately after training, or during the day between meals. Daily intake: 1 – 3 portions.

On non-sports days, drink only one serving between meals. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
