Amix™ ZMA – dietary supplement in capsules.

Net content 14.85 g (90 capsules - 30 servings).

One serving (3 scoops) contains: 10.5 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 700% RDA, 450 mg magnesium (citrate and oxide) 60% RDA, 30 mg zinc (aspartate and monomethionine) 300% RDA. RMV - reference nutritional value.

Ingredients: magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, zinc aspartate, zinc monomethionine, pyridoxine hydrochloride, capsule shell (gelatin, water, dye titanium dioxide), magnesium stearate, adhesive agent silicon dioxide.

Usage: Take 3 capsules 30-60 minutes before going to bed with a glass of water. Do not take together with dairy products.
