Usage: Consume 100 g. of product per day. Divide the dose into two parts (50 g each - 1.5 scoops), consume one of them an hour before training, the other no later than 1 hour after training (preferably immediately). 50 gr. whisk the product with 200 ml. of water or low-fat milk and drink.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
