Ingredients:
Anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ChelaZone® zinc bisglycinate chelate, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Directions: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal. Drink plenty of water.
