Using Amix Vitargo Load

For loading - shake 1 serving (75 mg) with 600 ml of water:

• Before prolonged physical exertion, start the load 3 days before, drink 2 servings per day between meals;
• Team sports (basketball, football, ..) - drink a portion before training/competition and a portion after.

During training : as a sports drink - mix 1 portion with 800-1000 ml of water and drink during training.

For recovery - whisk 1 portion with 600 ml of water or milk and drink immediately after training.
