Ingredients:
Magnesium beta-hydroxyturirate (as magnesium hydroxide /goBHB®/), calcium beta-hydroxybutyrate (as calcium hydroxide /as goBHB®/), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate); sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate (as sodium hydroxide /goBHB®/), adhesives: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take one serving (4 capsules) a day. Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. For best results use with a low carb diet. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose (2 servings). Keep out of the reach of children.
