Amix GreenDay® Lute-IN® is a dietary supplement containing lutein, which is a natural fat-soluble carotenoid found in vegetables and fruits, especially concentrated in green leafy vegetables such as kale and spinach. Sufficient amounts of this substance are found in healthy eyes. It is a yellow pigment classified as a xanthophyll. Xanthophyll plays an important role in photosynthesis. Lutein and its isomer, zeaxanthin, are often present together, and in blood serum, lutein can be converted to zeaxanthin.

Amix GreenDay® Lute-IN® - Lutein does not regenerate or replenish itself in the body, so its levels naturally decrease with age. This substance is not abundant in food, so in the case of its deficiency, it can be useful to supplement it by using food supplements.
