Ingredients:
Fruit punch flavor: Ultra-high molecular weight long-chain hydrolyzed waxy corn starch (contains SO2 17 mg./1 kg.), acidity regulator: citric acid; aroma, beetroot juice (fruit punch flavor), colorant (vanilla and lime flavor: curcumin), sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K
Natural flavor: Ultra-high molecular weight long chain hydrolyzed waxy corn starch (contains SO2 17 mg/1 kg).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, fish, nuts, peanuts and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Mix 2 measuring spoons (75 g) with 200 ml. water and mix well for 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining required amount of water (200-400 ml.) and mix well again. Consume 1-3 servings daily, depending on your daily carbohydrate needs. Consume before training or immediately after training.
