Ingredients:
S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulphate tosylate, filler: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule (hypromellose, thickener: gellan gum), anti-caking agent: magnesium salt of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; zinc bisglycinate chelate (zinc), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Usage: Take 1 capsule per day after meals, with plenty of water.
