Usage : Mix a portion (1 scoop - 25 g) of powder with 200-300 ml of water or another favorite drink and consume a portion half an hour before training, immediately after training, or during the day between meals. The daily rate is 1 - 3 servings.

On non-sport days, drink only one serving between meals. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C.
