Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) of which 5% withanolides 25 mg	500 mg. 25 mg.
Ingredients:
KSM-66 Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera, root), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take 1 capsule per day during meals, with plenty of water.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. It should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
