Directions: Mix 1 scoop (35 g) with 200-300 ml. of water. Use a blender or hand mixer and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1-2 servings per day, on training days after training and throughout the day, on non-training days between meals, depending on your daily protein needs.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. It should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
