Usage: The basic daily dose is 12 g. (2 measuring spoons). Take 1 measuring spoon (6 g.) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 1 measuring spoon (6 g.) after training. Mix 1 measuring spoon with 250-300 ml. water.
