Ingredients:
Hydrolyzed bovine collagen, vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

Usage: Mix 1 measuring spoon (15 g) with 150 - 250 ml. water. Drink one portion during the day, it is advisable to use a whisk and whisk for about 15 seconds. The daily rate is 1 portion.
