Add 100 g to 250-300 ml of hot or cold water or milk. Adjust the amount to taste and your needs. Also use as an ingredient in recipes.

After use, close tightly and store in a cool (5 to 25ºC) and dry place with low humidity. Protect from heat or direct sunlight. Do not exceed the clearly recommended daily dose.
