Ingredients:
Buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn®), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), adhesives: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Usage: On training days, take 1 capsule in the morning about 30 minutes before the first meal, then take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before training. Drink about 300 ml. water

On non-training days, take 1 capsule in the morning about 30 minutes before the first meal and 1-2 capsules in the evening, 30 minutes before the last meal. Drink about 300 ml. water
