Usage: On training days, take a portion (2 capsules) in the morning 30 minutes before the first meal of the day and a portion 30 minutes before training. On non-training days, take a portion in the morning 30 minutes before the first meal of the day and a portion in the evening, 30 minutes before the last meal. Drink a glass of water.
