Usage: Mix 2 scoops (10 g) with 300-400 ml. of water and drink immediately after exercise. To change the taste and sweetness of the drink, reduce or increase (depending on the taste) the amount of water used for preparation. Consume immediately after preparation. Drink after 10 g. per day.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
