Directions: Mix 1 scoop (50 g) with 200–250 ml. of skim milk or water. Use the Amix™ hand shaker, mix for about 30 seconds. Take 1-3 servings daily, depending on your daily carbohydrate and protein needs.

labas neblogai, taip anglevandeniai sudėti tikrai pigūs. kaip ir 95proc rinkos gaineriu :) (tik labai dažnai ,,mandrai'' pavadinta ir paslėptas cukrus sudėtyje :) Kaip pvz fa mass core, pvl mutant mass :) Jei norite tikrai LABAI kokybiško gainerio siūlau pažiurėto GO MASS ;)

skonis geras. tirpsta gerai. i tulika nevaro po porcijos galma darsiai gert. tik vat anglevandaniai vien cukrus bishki keista.

Sveiki, amino rūgščių kiekis tikrai nėra pakankamas, nes produktas nėra skirtas patenkinti amino rūgščių poreikiui. Tam papildomai rinkitės amino rūgščių produktus.
