Ingredients:
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizer: croscarmellose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Daily dose is 2 tablets. Take 1 tablet before physical activity and 1 tablet after physical activity. Drink plenty of water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
