Ingredients:
Water, L-carnitine base, acidifier E-330 (citric acid), flavorings, anhydrous caffeine, preservative E-202 (potassium sorbate), sweetener E 955 (sucralose), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), coloring tartazine E- 102.
Allergen Warning: May contain traces of milk, soy or gluten .

Usage: drink 1 portion (24 ml) of liquid 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed two servings per day.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.

It is a liquid L-carnitine supplement with caffeine and vitamin B6.

Carnitine is an amino acid synthesized in the body from lysine and methionine. This amino acid has long been used among athletes as a means to burn unnecessary fat. Carnitine is ideally suited for use with a balanced diet and training regime. When the latter factors are aligned, carnitine can help speed up the fat burning process. When taking carnitine and engaging in physical activity, sports are done "at the expense of fat" - existing fat tissue is used for energy. As a result, a larger amount of fat is burned and additional energy appears - for even more effective training. Although this food supplement does not work "here and now", but in the long term its benefits are undeniable.
